As we grow we pass through various stages of life. And the transition from one stage of life to another is never easy. No matter at what stage of life it may be – from school to university, from educational to professional life, or from professional to the retired life, life stage transition is bound to have an impact on mind. And for individuals living with mobility restrictions and impairments, things can be a bit more difficult. They do not need to be concerned though, if they are in Sydney. For the last 20 years our support workers from Proficient Care Services Pty Ltd have been offering assistance to life stage transition, to individuals with mobility restrictions.

Ever since we started our service, our support workers have been working in close coordination with NDIS participants. We have been assisting them cope with the various situations they find themselves in. We understand the mental and emotional impact that the transitions may have on the participants. Thus, we guide them to tackle the impact and find out the most appropriate way to handle it.
